49/365 & 50/365 Plus More

I have a feeling this may become more of a real blog than just pictures. I don't know if I can keep up two blogs and sometimes I really want to post more than just one picture a day.
In all reality I accidentally deleted the picture from day 49 so these pics are from today.
First up is a picture of Eli and his friend Gabe and our handsome Caleb. Eli had his first ever sleep over last night with three kids from his class at school. They had a blast, stayed up late and ate tons of junk food. But I deleted the pic I remembered to take (excuse me I sent Aaron out to take) at 11:49. Whoops.
So here is what we are calling Day 49



Day 50 which was today...I took some more pics in the blowy snow we had today.

And now to totally ruin the one pic a day thing I'm posting an additional really neat picture I took today.

And just to let you know I took these pics in Av mode! So happy with how they came out today.

It warmed up a little bit and the winds dyed down so we took a trip out to one of our favorite places Fort Abercrombie. Here the kids are on top of the museum bunker.

Forced myself out of bed to post this one. Not a great pic, drove all over town today looking for a good outdoor shot but it was really cold and windy. This
guy was hanging out on some crab pots.

I'm a cheater pants! I didn't even touch my camera today which is something I have done everyday since I got the new one. However, I did take some pics yesterday at dance and had a chance to use some really cool lenses that Carol Scott was nice enough to let me try. Peach goes to dance and I get a camera lesson! Fun for both of us! Except now I really, really want a new lens!

I just love to find that one warm spot where the sun comes shining in the window. Such a beautiful sunny day but really, really cold with high winds. Aaron took this picture for me.

Two for one special tonight!
Peach and I went to a super fun Valentines party at her friend Julia's house last night. There was a scavenger hunt, and games and all kinds of yummy goodies to eat. And best of all Julia has a swing in her house! Peach just thought that was the neatest thing ever.


Sadly one cute little dolly ended the night on a bad foot(well she just lost her footing). There was a tragic accident and there were many, many tears from sweet Peach for her poor Addy doll. Thankfully she is completely fixable and is off to the doll hospital for some much needed R&R and a little bit of therapy. All of the girls at the party wrote Get Well notes to Addy Doll and gave Peach hugs and feel better soon notes as well.
