This my followers is what is called Distance Education via the Center for Rural and Community Development in Fairbanks, AK. Notice the postage paid envelopes and the lesson cover sheets. That's right people I get to print out my lessons and mail them to the instructor, who will grade them and mail them back to me. Silly people there is an easier way, Technology for All!
I can't believe they haven't done away with this. Although, is this for the people in the bush? I guess some of them don't have internet to be able to email stuff in, but they should make it so that you can choose either snail mail or email.
