Well we bought an ipad with some of our tax return money. We debated its usefulness for a long time and aside from the iphones the ipad is our first foray into the Mac world as were PC people. We have had alot of fun playing with this "toy" and it is especially useful when wanting to look up things on google at any moment. Case in point the meaning of the word "knickerbocker glory" which we read this evening together in the Bloomsbury Press edition of Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone. I'll let you google that one on your own!
I'm so tempted to get one, but I don't really NEED one right now.
ReplyDeleteSomeone sent me a video of a church praise band and all the members used Ipads to play their part of various instruments. It was quite an accomplishment and pretty astounding to watch. I would love to have one.
